Use of Service
- You agree to use DeskEase solely for lawful purposes.
- Unauthorized use, including hacking, scraping, or other malicious activities, is strictly prohibited.
- Your account must be kept secure, and you are responsible for all activity conducted through it.
License Agreement
Depending on the license purchased, the following terms apply:
Basic License
- Single installation.
- Includes desk booking features.
- Excludes meeting room booking unless specified.
- Support: Includes 6 months of basic support and updates for 1 year.
- Support Provided: Email-based support for installation guidance, bug fixes, and general queries within the scope of the product.
Basic License with Desk and Meeting Room Booking
- Single installation.
- Includes desk and meeting room booking features.
- Support: Includes 6 months of basic support and updates for 1 year.
- Support Provided: Same as the Basic License with additional help for meeting room feature configuration.
Business License
- Multiple installations allowed.
- Includes desk and meeting room booking features.
- Private modifications are allowed.
- Support: Includes 12 months of priority support and updates for 2 years.
- Support Provided: Priority email support with faster response times, installation assistance, and troubleshooting for larger deployments.
Commercial License
- Custom terms for resale or inclusion in third-party products, subject to a negotiated agreement.
- Support: Includes tailored support and update options as negotiated.
- Support Provided: Dedicated account manager for ongoing collaboration, bespoke support agreements, and in-depth integration assistance.
Limitations of Liability
- DeskEase is provided "as is," and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our platform.
Modifications and Termination
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the platform, or these Terms, at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania.
- Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Iasi, Romania.
